Why was my reward request rejected?

Modified on Sun, 19 Jul at 11:54 PM

INTERNAL DRAFT NOTE — confirm before publishing: does a drawdown breach identified during the review void a pending reward?

If your reward request was rejected, it means our review team found an issue during the standard account review. You will receive an email explaining the outcome of every reward request — approved or rejected.

The most common reasons for rejection are:

  • Prohibited trading strategies. Every reward request is reviewed to confirm all trades comply with our rules. Rewards from accounts showing restricted trading behavior may be subject to exclusions or rejection.
  • Incomplete KYC verification. You must complete KYC verification (powered by SumSub) before your first reward. See How does the reward process work?
  • Incorrect bank details. A wrong IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, or account holder name can delay or prevent your transfer. Always double-check your details in the Withdraw section before submitting.
  • The requested amount is below the minimum reward of $50.

What to do next?

Check the rejection email for the specific reason, fix the issue (for example, update your bank details or complete KYC), and submit a new reward request.

If you believe your reward was rejected in error, contact our support team at support@pivex.com or via the Live Chat on our website and your account dashboard.
