When can I request my first reward at Pivex?

You can request your first reward 14 days after your funded account is activated, provided you have completed at least 5 trading days and passed KYC verification.

Your first-reward checklist:

1. Pass the Trading Challenge and get upgraded to a Pivex Funded Trader’s Account.
2. Complete KYC verification (powered by SumSub) — it usually takes 1–3 business days, and you’ll be notified via email once it’s complete.
3. Trade for at least 5 trading days on your funded account.
4. Wait 14 days from your account activation (or 7 days with the Reward Schedule add-on).
5. Request the reward from the Withdraw tab of your dashboard and select Bank Transfer.

Your first withdrawal goes through a manual account review that may take up to 5 business days. After approval, the reward is delivered within 24 hours.

Subsequent rewards follow the same bi-weekly cycle, counted from your last approved withdrawal.
