How does the reward process work?

Rewards are real-money rewards based on the profits you generate once you become a Pivex Funded Trader. Please note that eligibility for rewards begins only after you have successfully passed the Pivex's Trading Challenge.

How to Request a Reward:

At Pivex, rewards are not automatic, you must request them manually from your dashboard. This process gives you full control over your earnings and allows you to withdraw when it best suits your strategy.

To request a reward:

1. Go to your account dashboard and click the "Withdraw” tab from your left-hand menu.
2. Check your total eligible amount for a withdrawal.
3. To receive your reward, please select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
4. Once your request is processed, the reward will be sent to your designated bank account.

How often can I request a reward?

You can request a reward on a bi-weekly schedule, meaning every 14 days after your funded account is activated and from your last approved withdrawal. Rewards are typically processed within three business days and delivered within 24 hours of approval, though you can purchase a 7-days Reward Schedule add-on to reduce the waiting time.

Before requesting your first reward, you must complete KYC verification (powered by SumSub). This process usually takes 1–3 business days, and you’ll be notified via email once it’s complete.

Rewards and Profit Share

By default, Pivex traders receive 80% of the profits they generate. This means that for every $500 of profit you make in the Pivex Funded Stage (Funded Trader stage), $400 is yours, and $100 goes to Pivex to cover administrative and operational costs.

If you opted for the Profit Split Boost add-on when you purchased your Trading Challenge, your profit split increases to 90%.

Reward Restrictions:

• The minimum reward amount is $50. If you have less than $50, you’ll need to accumulate more before you can request a reward.
• Prohibited Trading Strategies are not allowed, and reward requests will be reviewed by our team to ensure that all trades are compliant with our rules. Any rewards from accounts showing restricted trading behavior may be subject to exclusions or review.
• Please be aware that the account review process may take up to 5 business days, particularly for the first withdrawal, and the reward can take up to 24 hours after approval.

Important: Please note that the $70 reward transfer commission is fully covered by Pivex — the full amount of your approved reward is transferred to your designated bank account.
