What documents do I need for my first Pivex reward?

Before your first reward, you need to complete a one-time KYC verification (powered by SumSub) and add your bank details. After that, every future reward is just a few clicks.

What you’ll need:

1. A valid government-issued ID — passport, national ID card, or driver’s license.
2. A quick liveness check — a selfie taken during the SumSub verification flow.
3. Your bank details — IBAN or SWIFT/BIC and the account holder name (must match your verified identity).

KYC verification usually takes 1–3 business days, and you’ll be notified via email once it’s complete. You only do this once.
