If I had a reward approved, then after that I hit drawdown, do I still receive a reward?

Once your reward is approved, your account balance is adjusted to reflect the reward. If you incur a drawdown afterward, it will not affect the reward that was already processed. However, future rewards could be impacted depending on the remaining balance in your account and your performance.
Important Considerations:
- Your reward balance will be based on your current available funds after your reward request.
- If you are in drawdown after the reward, you are still eligible for future rewards, provided you don’t breach the drawdown limits for that period.
- During the “waiting withdrawal” period, your trading account will be unusable, and you won’t be able to make trades until your reward request is either approved or rejected.
- Please be aware that the account review process may take up to 5 business days, particularly for the first withdrawal, and the reward can take up to 24 hours after the approval.
It’s important to manage risk and trading behavior after receiving a reward to continue growing your account and stay eligible for future rewards.
