Do I need to close my open trades before requesting a reward?

Yes — you must close your open positions before requesting a reward. During the “waiting withdrawal” period, your trading account is unusable, and you won’t be able to manage trades until your request is either approved or rejected.
What to expect after you submit:
- Your account enters the “waiting withdrawal” status and trading is paused.
- The review takes up to 3 days, and your reward is delivered within 24 hours of approval.
- Once the request is resolved, your account is active again and you can continue trading from the remaining balance.
Plan your reward requests around your trading: close your positions, request the reward, and resume trading once it’s processed.Related: How does the reward process work? · If I had a reward approved, then after that I hit drawdown, do I still receive a reward?
