Are rewards processed on weekends and holidays?

Reward reviews are handled on business days (Monday–Friday). You can submit a reward request at any time, including weekends — it will enter the review queue and be processed on the next business day.

Timing to expect:

• Review: up to 3 business days (weekends and public holidays don’t count).
• Delivery: within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank processing: your bank may add extra time, especially for international transfers or local bank holidays.
