What is the Shop and what can I buy there?

The Shop is the in-app store in your Pivex dashboard (app.pivex.com/shop). It has two tabs: Upgrades, for adding features to one of your accounts, and Challenges, for buying a new Pivex Membership account.

Upgrades

Upgrades are add-ons for one of your active Pivex Membership accounts:

• 90% Profit Split — a higher profit share on your funded account.
• 7-Day Payout — request rewards every 7 days instead of every 14.
• 90% Split + 7-Day — both of the above together.
• Daily Loss Protection Plus
• AI Assistant
• AI Max

At the top of the tab you’ll see which account the upgrades are for. Tap Change to pick another account. Each upgrade shows what you get, which account it applies to and the price before you continue to payment. Upgrades you already own are marked Active — tap one to see what you have.

Good to know

• An upgrade applies only to the account you selected when you bought it. AI Max is the exception: it works on all your accounts.
• If you restart the account, your upgrades carry over to the restarted account.
• Upgrades are not refundable.
• You need an active account to buy upgrades. If you don’t have one, buy a Challenge or restart an account first.
• The Shop works with Pivex Membership accounts. Pivex Classic (one-time) accounts don’t appear in the Shop.
• Guaranteed Payout can’t be bought in the Shop. If you bought it at checkout, it shows here as Active on that account.

Challenges

The Challenges tab lists Pivex Membership account sizes. Each one shows the price, that it renews every 30 days until you cancel, your payout share, and that rewards can be requested every 14 days.
