How do I cancel my Pivex membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime from your Settings. You’ll keep trading until the end of your paid period — but it’s worth understanding what cancelling means before you do it.

How to cancel

Open Settings and select Manage membership.
Tap Cancel membership.
Choose your reason for cancelling and press Continue.
To go ahead with cancelling, tap Cancel my membership.

What you keep

Full platform access until the end of your paid period, and you can keep trading.
Your saved credit accounts, until their usual 3-month window ends. However, these reset credits may be re-applied only after purchasing a new account of the same membership type.

What cancelling ends

Your path to funding through that subscription — even if you go on to meet every passing condition, a cancelled account can’t be upgraded to funded.
The subscription itself — a cancelled subscription can’t be reactivated or restored. “Reactivate” means starting a brand-new subscription, not bringing the old one back.

Because of this, if you’re close to passing, it’s best to stay subscribed until you’re funded.
