What are credit accounts (Restart Credits) and how do they work?
Modified on Wed, 29 Jul at 5:10 AM
Every time your membership renews, you get a new challenge account. If you’re still busy with your current one, we don’t just throw the new account away — we save it for you as a credit account that you can activate whenever you’re ready.
How your credits work
- Each renewal adds one new account. Activate it now, or leave it saved as a credit for later.
- A saved credit isn’t created in the trading platform until you activate it — so if you’ve just paid and don’t see a new account yet, that’s completely normal.
- Activating a reset credit doesn’t change your billing date.
- There’s no limit on how many you can save.
- Each credit is available for 3 months — if it isn’t activated within that window, it expires, so it’s worth using them rather than letting them pile up.
Your restart after a breach
This is the real advantage of the subscription: if you breach an account, just activate a saved credit from your Membership tab, and you’re straight into a fresh account at no extra cost.
Where to find them
Go to your dashboard → the Membership tab → the credit-accounts block, which links to your full Membership tab. Each card shows a Subscription badge and the account number.
If you cancel
Your saved credits stay with you after you cancel — they only disappear when their 3-month window ends, or if they’re moved to a new membership of the same size and plan type.
If you were charged but can’t find a new account in the platform, it’s almost always a saved credit waiting on your Membership tab. Activate it there any time.Related: What happens if I breach · Reaching the Funded stage
