Is my challenge fee refundable?

Pivex Classic (one-time purchase)

At Pivex, we reward consistent, high-performing traders — and that includes the option to get your challenge fee refunded under specific conditions.

While the challenge fee is generally non-refundable at the time of purchase, traders who successfully complete the challenge and reach the third reward in the Pivex Funded Stage (Funded Trader Stage) are eligible to receive a full refund of their original challenge fee, processed together with their third reward.

This means your fee can be returned to you as a reward for consistent performance and long-term commitment.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

1. Pass the Trading Challenge and be upgraded to the Funded Trader Stage
2. Successfully complete the third reward cycle as a Pivex Funded Trader
3. Your Challenge fee will be refunded after your third reward upon separate request to support

Reward Methods

Pivex offers reliable and secure rewards via bank transfers. You will be able to choose this reward method directly from your dashboard when requesting withdrawals.

Pivex Membership (monthly)

The Challenge-fee refund at your third reward is a Pivex Classic benefit. Membership payments work differently and follow the refund terms in the Membership Agreement.

The general rule

• Membership fees and restart fees are non-refundable, except where this section or the law says otherwise.
• There is no pro-rated refund if you cancel part-way through a period you have already paid for — you simply keep access until that period ends.
