Claiming your rewards

When you earn something — a new tier, a reward box, or a completed task — a claim screen appears in the app. Tap Claim and it is added to your account.
Where each reward lands
| What you claimed | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| PVX points | Your balance, at the top of your home screen |
| Reward box | The Boxes tab on your Loyalty Program page, ready to open any time |
If you closed the claim screen
Do not worry — your reward is still on your account. You can check your balance at the top of your home screen and your boxes in the Boxes tab at any time. If something looks off, contact support.
Where to find it: tap the tier and progress widget on your home screen to open the Loyalty Program page.
