What happens to my subscription when I reach the Funded stage?

Passing the challenge is a big moment — here’s exactly what happens to your subscription when you get there. In short: your billing stops, and you start earning through your profit split.
The two checks when you pass
- Did you pass? You’ve hit the profit target and followed the other challenge rules.
- Is your subscription still active? This one matters — if you cancelled, the account is no longer eligible for the funded upgrade, even if you passed everything.
Please note: a subscription that was cancelled before you pass makes the account ineligible for funding, and this can’t be worked around. If you’re close to passing, keep your subscription active.KYC comes next
After you pass, you complete a quick KYC verification, which usually takes 2–3 business days. Your subscription keeps billing as normal during the review — it doesn’t pause for KYC — so it’s best to apply early to avoid an extra renewal.
At the Funded stage
- Your subscription pauses — billing only runs during the challenge phase.
- You now earn through your profit split, not a subscription.
- Funded accounts close after 30 days of inactivity, so keep trading regularly.
What happens to my saved credit accounts?
When your subscription pauses at the Funded stage, your saved credit accounts are set aside and aren’t active. To use them again, you’d start a new subscription of the same account size and plan type. They still follow the usual 3-month window.
