Loot boxes: earning and opening them

Reward boxes are earned as you use Pivex. You never pay for one — they come from your activity.
How you earn them
| Source | What earns a box |
|---|---|
| Reward tiers | Reaching Wood, Bronze or Silver |
| Streak milestones | Bigger boxes the further your daily streak runs |
| Task categories | Completing every task in a category — for example Academy-Boss earns a Premium Box |
| Daily rewards | Some days award a box instead of PVX |
Where they are stored
Every box you earn waits in the Boxes tab on your Loyalty Program page. There is nothing you need to do until you are ready to open one.
Opening a box
- Open the Loyalty Program page from your home screen.
- Go to the Boxes tab.
- Tap a box to open it — you will see exactly what it holds.
Where to find it: tap the tier and progress widget on your home screen to open the Loyalty Program page.
