Is my challenge fee refundable if I pass the Trading Challenge?

At Pivex, we reward consistent, high-performing traders — and that includes the option to get your challenge fee refunded under specific conditions.

While the challenge fee is generally non-refundable at the time of purchase, traders who successfully complete the challenge and reach the third payout in the Pivex Traders Stage are eligible to receive a full refund of their original challenge fee — processed together with their third payout.

This means your fee can be returned to you as a reward for consistent performance and long-term commitment.

Refund Eligibility Requirements:
1. Pass the Trading Challenge and be upgraded to the Pivex Traders Stage
2. Successfully complete the third payout cycle as a Pivex Trader
3. Your Challenge fee will automatically be refunded alongside your third payout

Once verified, the refund will be sent via your registered withdrawal method.
