No, you are not required to sign a contract before signing up for the Trading Challenge.

The Trading Challenge is an opportunity for you to challenge yourself and see if you can meet the performance criteria to progress to the Pivex Funded stage (Funded Trader stage). During this stage, you only need to agree to our basic terms and trading guidelines, which outline the rules of the challenge, such as trading behavior, risk management limits, and the profit target.

The purpose of the Trading Challenge is to assess your ability to trade effectively under simulated conditions. While we monitor your performance closely to ensure that you adhere to our rules, the formal contract is not required at this point.

Why No Contract in the Trading Challenge?

The Trading Challenge is designed to be a testing ground where you can showcase your skills without the commitment of a legally binding agreement. This allows you the freedom to experiment with your trading strategy and trading style while remaining within the set risk limits. The focus is on seeing if you can prove your consistency and risk management skills.

If you pass the Challenge and are successfully upgraded to the Funded Trader stage, you will be asked to sign a trader agreement. This agreement outlines the specifics of your trading relationship with Pivex Funded, including payout terms, risk management rules, and expectations for your ongoing trading performance with funded virtual capital.

So, while you don’t need to sign a formal contract during the challenge, you are still expected to adhere to the basic trading rules and guidelines. If any questions arise or you need further clarification, our support team is always available to assist you throughout your Challenge journey.
