How do I request a payout?

After your Pivex Funded Account (Funded Traders Account) is activated, you become eligible to request a payout every 14 days.

How It Works:

Go to your Pivex Funded Dashboard and navigate to the Withdraw section.

• When eligible, you’ll see a “Request Withdrawal” button appear.
• Choose the Bank Transfer payout method.

Processing Time: Payouts are usually processed within up to 5 business days after request approval, though delays may occur if additional reviews are required.

Payout Delivery: Once processed, the payout will be delivered within up to 24 hours.

Profit Split & Example:

• Standard Profit Split: 80% of your profit.
• With Profit Split Boost: 90% of your profit.

Example:

If you earn $4,000 in profit, you’ll receive: 

→ $3,200 with 80% split

→ $3,600 with the Profit Split Boost add-on (available during Challenge registration)

Minimum Payout Requirement:

• You need to have at least $50 in profit to request a withdrawal.
• If your earnings are below $50, wait until you reach the threshold.

KYC Requirement:

Before requesting your first payout, you must complete KYC verification (powered by SumSub). This process usually takes 1–3 business days, and you’ll be notified via email once it’s complete.

Tip: Add-ons like the Profit Split Boost and Guaranteed Payout Schedule can increase your payout amount or speed up processing — both can be selected during the challenge registration.
