How does someone reset their account?

There’s no reset option at Pivex—but don’t worry, you can always start fresh. 

If your Challenge didn’t go as planned, you’re welcome to purchase a new one anytime and give it another shot.

We don’t offer resets to keep things simple and fair for all traders. Each new Challenge is a clean slate, giving you a new opportunity to apply what you’ve learned and improve your performance.
