What happens after I purchase the challenge?

Upon purchasing the challenge, you will receive a confirmation email that contains essential details about your profile and MatchTrader account, including your registration summary and account setup confirmation. 

This email serves as official verification that your registration has been successfully processed and that your profile is now active in our system.

Afterwards, you can log in using the email address you registered with. Simply enter your email on the login page, and you will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) in your inbox. Once you enter this passcode, you will gain access to your trading account and can begin participating in the challenge.

Once you purchase the Trading Challenge, here’s what happens next:

1. Confirmation & Login Access

You’ll receive a confirmation email with:

        •        Your MatchTrader login credentials

        •        Basic profile details

Use your email and OTP to log in and access your trading account.

2. Your Trading Account Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll be able to see:

        •        Account size: Your virtual capital (e.g., $25k, $50k)

        •        Account type: Trading Challenge or Pivex Trader Stage

        •        Profit balance: Tracks your live performance

        •        Access to Pivex Academy: Your educational resources

3. Pivex Academy Access

All Challenge users get full access to Pivex Academy, including:

        •        Trading Strategies (day trading, swing trading, scalping)

        •        Forex Market Essentials

        •        Technical, Fundamental & Sentiment Analysis

        •        Statistical Risk Management

        •        Intro to Financial Markets (commodities, indices, crypto)

4. MatchTrader Account Setup

Your dashboard will display your MatchTrader account ID and password.

You can trade using:

        •        MatchTrader Web Platform (browser access)

        •        MatchTrader Desktop(optional download)

Both provide real-time market data and full trading functionality.

5. Dashboard Functions

Your dashboard is the command center for your challenge. Use it to:

        •        Track balance, P&L, and open/closed trades

        •        Monitor progress toward evaluation goals

        •        Access live chat support directly from the dashboard
