Who can join Pivex?

Pivex is open to traders worldwide who meet the following criteria:

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your country to engage in financial activities. This ensures you can enter into binding agreements and manage financial risks responsibly. Trading must be legal in your jurisdiction. It’s essential to familiarize yourself with and adhere to your local laws and regulations regarding trading activities.

After passing the Trading Challenge, you will need to complete our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This involves verifying your identity to comply with financial regulations and ensure the security of your account.

Restricted Countries:

Due to legal, compliance, and financial regulatory reasons, Pivex restricts access from certain countries. Traders residing in the following countries are currently unable to register or participate in our Trading Challenge:

• Russia
• Iran
• Myanmar
• North Korea
• United States

These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with international sanctions and regulations.
